Harvey Nichols ran two campaigns with us. The first promoted the loyalty program and its cash points. The second promoted the sale season and pushed people to visit stores.
For the loyalty campaign, advanced interest targeting was used to reach people worth inviting into the program, and the retailer’s existing database was used to build custom audiences and target them directly. The sale season campaign used hyper-local targeting to track footfall in stores, matching users who had clicked an online ad against store visits made within 30 days.
